Wow! I am so impressed with the quality and taste of this fish. I’m not the biggest fan of fish and prefer baked seafood, nothing too raw, but this was perfect and not too fishy at all for me. Also, a tip I was told was to leave it out open in the fridge open for a more “dry” fish and it was perfect after 24 hours. Great customer service and I will definitely purchase more. Thankyou!
Not happy with purchase. Filet had a burnt smell and taste and still had to cook the filet longer because it seemed raw

Best smoked salmon ever!
I’ve tried many different cold smoked salmon in my life from multiple brands and MinkoMeats is by far the BEST on flavor, aroma & presentation. The brown sugar in this candied fillet is so refreshing on new flavor and sweet and savory. I enjoy eating it on its own as a snack. This product is highly addictive and tasty - so good
It was a good piece of fish though not my favorite texture. I prefer warm smoked but still a five star fish. They timed shipping out so it wasn’t sitting over the weekend and packaging made sure it stayed cold for hours. It wasn’t as sweet as expected, but it was still well seasoned if you want a dip that is sweeter for the fish. I recommend this recipe.
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp dark brown sugar
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
1 small splash (⅛ tsp) soy sauce
1 tiny pinch black pepper.
This was phenomenal. The texture, the flavor, and the look of it was everything and more. My dad ended up taking half of it after he had a couple of bites. Compared to the other brand this one was what I thought I should have received.
I was getting tons of ads on IG for cold smoke Damon from another company, luckily I decided to check their reviews and found out how horrible their rating was & instead they recommended MinkoMeats! So I ordered and I’m sold! Though The package came in 100’ high heat temperatures down south! But I’m glad it made it just in time and not spoiled! I suggest to double the thermal ice packaging for packages going down south, overall I will be ordering form them again!

I’m usually much more of a fan of savory over sweet, but this flavor gave me exactly what I needed! I typically crave pickles and chocolate when i am on my period, but this fish hit the spot and completely satisfied those cravings. I will definitely be reordering whenever I'm on my period or down the road if I'm pregnant. Highly recommended for all the ladies out there!
