The salmon strips are perfect!
Delicious and convenient, good for when you have the hankering but don't want to unravel the entire fish scroll.
It also has the more 'edge piece' jerky-like texture that you can get on the larger whole smoked salmon slabs.
My only issue is I wish I could get it in the candied salmon flavor too, as I prefer the sweeter taste (I haven't tried the spicy yet, but I'd probably be interested in that in strip form as well).
Possible that it’s just not my thing, but tastes awful. Like straight campfire smoke

Nothing beats these salmon strips. So good by itself and they peel off so smooth! I prefer the more dry fish and this was eaten within 1 day by me and my husband… If you like beef jerky this will become your new addiction. Highly recommend and need more ASAP. Packaging was a 10/10 provided me with a beautiful charcuterie board.

I absolutely love these Original Salmon Strips! I ate them with no problem at all, and they have quickly become my absolute favorite. I really enjoy the small bite-sized chunks. They're perfect for snacking on throughout the day. I will definitely be ordering more!

These salmon strips are DANGEROUSLY good. The flavor is rich, smoky, and absolutely perfect. I shared some with friends and family and immediately regretted it because everyone loved them so much there was barely any left for me. Hands down the best salmon strips I've tried.
