Ready to eat cold smoked salmon strips. These hand cut strips have a firm, meaty texture that makes them an easy, high protein snack you can grab and eat anywhere.

Each fillet is cured with a blend of salt, sugar, and dill before being rinsed and hand cut into individual strips. The strips are air dried to achieve a firm texture. We finish the process with a slow cold smoke at low temperatures, preserving the natural oils and buttery richness of the salmon while adding a deep, smoky complexity.

Nothing beats these salmon strips. So good by itself and they peel off so smooth! I prefer the more dry fish and this was eaten within 1 day by me and my husband… If you like beef jerky this will become your new addiction. Highly recommend and need more ASAP. Packaging was a 10/10 provided me with a beautiful charcuterie board.
