At Minko Meats, all products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation before your order ships.

Shipping

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday using UPS to help minimize time in transit and avoid weekend delays. Orders are carefully packaged with insulation and ice packs to maintain freshness during shipping.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, missed deliveries, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Local Delivery

We may offer local delivery in select areas. Delivery times and availability will be confirmed after your order is placed. Local orders are handled manually and may not include tracking numbers.

Perishable Items

All Minko Meats products are perishable. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order promptly upon delivery. We are not liable for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or incorrect addresses.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@minkomeats.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
